About Scott Cooper Metal Roofing
Metal roofing and earthmoving business based in Wauchope, NSW, servicing Port Macquarie, Kempsey and nearby areas.
This is a small local operation in Wauchope, NSW, run by a husband and wife team. The roofing side is led by a second generation roofer, and the business pairs metal roofing with earthmoving work. Roofing jobs include new roofs, re-roofs, roof replacements, tile to metal conversions, metal roof repairs, guttering and downpipes, skylights, insulation, restorations and general roof maintenance, as well as residential and commercial or industrial roofing. Insurance work and hail and storm damage are also handled.
The earthmoving side grew out of installing downpipes and drainage by hand. Equipment includes a mini excavator for tight spaces, a skid steer loader for rubbish removal, driveways, turf and site preparation, and a larger excavator with attachments such as a ripper and a tree grab, plus a tipper truck and trailer for taking away unwanted materials. Work covers Wauchope, Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Laurieton, Bonny Hills, South West Rocks and surrounding areas, with a mobile service.
