About Rapid Plans
Rapid Plans is a drafting and building design business in Brookvale, NSW, preparing renovation plans, council submissions and BASIX certificates.
Rapid Plans is a building design and drafting business based in Brookvale, on Sydney's northern beaches. It works with homeowners on projects that range from a simple deck design through to a complete renovation, and it also prepares plans for new homes. The business serves Beacon Hill, Narraweena, Dee Why, North Curl Curl, Freshwater, Manly, Fairlight, Manly Vale and Allambie Heights.
Its services cover the paperwork and drawing side of a project: council submission and DA processes, complying development certificate applications, sectional, specification, elevation, landscape, electrical and sediment and erosion control plans, geotechnical reports, BASIX certificates and consultant liaison. Building design and architectural drafting, renovation plans and project management are also offered. As a drafting and design practice, it may also assist with the kind of work builders typically handle, such as new homes, renovations, extensions, decks and pergolas and building maintenance, so it is worth asking what is covered. Payment can be made by cash, EFT, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa.
